one more thing about the security deposit

I forgot to mention the amount he returned for the deposit...he gave us 1321.42 back. He charged $50 for the damn inspection fee, which is ridiculous, and an additional $50 to fix the broken window pane. I opened the windows in B's room in order to help air out the upstairs, and negelected to put in a prop to hold it up b/c at the time it seemed like the window held up on its own. At some point during the night the window fell closed and broke. Ang- didn't he say he thought it wouldn't be more than $20 to fix it? I called him yesterday and bitched about how ridiculous it was that he charged an inspection fee (because it is his job as a landlord), and asked for a copy of the bill to fix the window. So i will divide up the $1320 (and change) and mail it to everyone. If we end up getting more money back because he overcharged us for the window, i will mail you that as soon as i get it.
