Sooo... while watching the American Heart Association First Aide Video yesterday in Beckley WEst Virgingia I spotted one of our favorite/most hated reality tv friends. Ivanna from "The Apprentice" played an office worker in a segment on heart difibulators. She didn't drop trou but it was comforting to see an old friend.
