Catch Up

Hello All-
First, I would like to clarify that it was Harvey who made the Project Runway post, so kudos to her. I did, however, watch my first epiode of the season the other night-what's up with the bitchy girl carrying my name/weird old creepy guy with glasses??? Creepy.
Anyway, Care, where are you moving to come September? Are you staying Boston/moving home? Have you found any cool non-profit jobs yet???
Starting grad school next week, and I'm sort of shaking in my pantaloons about that-the whole 'getting back to the books' thing. Ugh, homework.
Anyway, moving back to BTV the week of our (me and Care) birthday. If anyone has any free time towards the end of the summer, our house is big, and has many a nooks to crash in, and I would love to plan some sort of hanging out in VT weekend together for everyone to come up.
As far as jobs in VT goes, there is about an 80% chance that I will become a cheesemaker as a result of the severe lack of industry.
Until then-
ang

comments and other stuff

Hey Guys,
Ang nice Project Runway post. I'll have to start watching. Isn't this soon for a whole new season? I guess Seal is taking care of the young baby.

SO, I am moving out of my apartment at the beginning of Septemeber and was wondering if anyone is looking or knows anyone who is loooking. My apartment is nice and although my room is small, the rent is cheaper than anything else around here (400/month). My sister and other roomate will be staying on in said apartment. Let me know if you think of anyone that might want to move in.

Also, I think I changed the blog so that you can no longer comment on a post. This way everything is out on the main page which I think will help the flow of discussion. So no more hiding behind the illusionary safety of comments!!

Drama on the Runway

I don't know how many of you have been following this season's project runway, so here's the scoop to all you who aren't in the know. During the promo's for the show, the annoucner says "and a project runway first" then cuts to Tim Gunn telling someone "we're gonna have to ask you to leave." Apparently the dish is that Tim was talking to Keith Michael (winner of the first challange). It appears that during his inital auditions when he was showing his portfolio to the judges, he showed some sketches that were almost exactly the same as two garments other designers (names don't ring a bell) made. The website http://www.defamer.com/hollywood/project-runway/ explains the whole situation and does a side by side comparison of the sketches to the actual garments on the runway. The website also has a lot of other funny comentary on all the season of project runway, including "dirty diana" not being a lez, while Zulema is a lez and is married to a woman. Hope you all enjoy the webiste.
CARRY ON AND MAKE IT WORK!
Tim Gunn out!
P.S-where's Andre?
